We offer delivery for free on all orders over 200€. For orders under 200€, the cost depends on your location. It's usually 10€, but the exact amount will be displayed at checkout when finalizing your order.

Orders placed before 12:00pm French Time are prepared the same business day and ship in the afternoon. Depending on your location, FedEx usually needs 2 to 6 days to deliver your parcel (2-3 days in Europe and Northern America, 4-6 days in other countries).

Yes, we ship to 56 destinations worldwide with FedEx. We ship to all EU countries and to the following destinations: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, UK, and USA.

  • EU countries: no additional taxes and/or duties - the final price you pay includes all taxes.
  • Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UK, and USA: all prices include customs and duties. Your parcel will be delivered with no additional cost.
  • Other countries: you may be charged additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges cannot be refunded by us.

We ship with FedEx to all countries. Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Spain also have Chronopost option for pick-up point delivery.

Yes! After your order is sent, you should receive a notice from FedEx on how to get your parcel delivered to your preferred pick-up point. For Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, you can directly choose Chronopost pick-up point delivery during checkout.

We keep you informed at each step of your order processing via email: when it's being prepared, when it's shipped, and when it's delivered. You can also find this information by logging into your customer account.

If you contact us and we receive your cancellation request before your order is prepared and shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee there will be enough time though.

Returns and exchanges are very easy. You are welcome to return any items that don't suit you within 30 days. You only need your email address and order number - click here to access our return portal. You will be provided with step-by-step instructions. When shipping returns from countries outside the European Union, remember to attach your packing list to the outside of the parcel, ensuring the "EU Preferential Origin" text is clearly visible.

Please note all returned items must be in mint condition with all packaging and accessories attached. Labels should not have been cut or removed. Items not fulfilling these conditions and/or returned after being worn, washed, or in poor condition will not be eligible for refund.

We will provide a return shipping label, however a processing fee may be charged depending on your location.

  • Returns from Austria, Benelux, France, and Germany are free.
  • Returns for exchange or store credit (voucher) are free from all countries.
  • Returns for refund will incur a 10€ processing fee deducted from the refund amount – with the exception of Austria, Benelux, France, and Germany (free - no fee) and Australia and New Zealand (20€ processing fee).

The delivery timeframe for your return varies depending on which country you're shipping from! Please allow us several days after receiving your return to process your refund. During busy periods, it may take 1 to 2 weeks to process your refund. We will do our best to process it quickly.

We will refund the same credit card or payment method used to pay for your order. If your credit card has expired, don't worry: the refund is still possible after card expiration.
